“The item I received was what I wanted. It's just a shame the delivery service was so poor!!! This is the second item I have bought from soak.com and the second time the delivery service was disappointing to say the least. When I contacted customer service, they were very friendly but didn't even know my delivery hadn't arrived and told me that it was out for delivery the next day.... If it was free delivery, then you couldn't complain but when you pay for delivery and then it's a bad service then something needs to be done about the courier your using!!!! I wouldn't recommend soak to a friend and I won't be using you again...”

“It is taken over two weeks to get a delivery I have not been notified at any stage when a delivery would be made it is only when I have phoned to find out that a date was given I waited in all day on the day question with no delivery and then phoned to find out that no order had been given to the warehouse and therefore is had been a complete waste of my time”

“I made two phone enquires (prior to purchase) to try and obtain some dimensional data relating to the L shaped bath. Neither of these were responded to so had to call back - but they couldn't help me - and one of the queries was just the height of the feet!...but the main thing was the time and phone calls (4 in all) I had to make to get an item that had been missed off the original delivery. It took 2 weeks in the end and SOAK seemed to put more priority on why the item had been missed rather than getting a replacement sent. Not exactly 'Customer Focused'! ...and then, after eventually getting the replacement I got an e-mail to say they had despatched another one!!!!”

“Bath broken when delivered. Had to fight on the phone for it to be sorted out. Poor communication between soak and delivery company meant that I wasted a lot of my own time sorting out their mistakes.”

“I recently brought a vanity unit for my bathroom and one of the items was damaged. I contacted soak.com and they were very apologetic and replaced my item very quickly. I was very pleased and would definitely order from them again .”

“Post-order service awful. Delivery delayed several weeks and was not informed. Had to chase for delivery date which was incorrect. Still have not received item so can’t comment on quality”

“Wasn’t told that an item was out of stock so took the day off work to receive half the order. Re booked to have it delievered but was told that it wouldn’t be delievered on that day. I’m very disappointed by the customer service which is a shame as the products look good”

“Excellent range to choose from, products chosen are quality and well priced. Issue with one of the items was quickly resolved and replacement dispatched. Very happy with all the items for my new bathroom/shower room, in particular the shower head mixer and basin tap.”

“Order no. UK102515369 Only part of the order was delivered today. The DK delivery driver said that the package containing the porcelain sink was broken in their depot and advised me to ring SOAK immediately to ensure that a replacement would be delivered the next day ( 28TH. February.) I expect a delivery tomorrow. R.A.Fisk”
