“Myself and my wife are extremely happy with our purchase, my only one criticism is that considering they are only about 10 miles away from my home delivery time was, I thought a bit long.”

“You didn’t make me happy your delivery dates are a joke. Was told items would arrive Monday then Tuesday and still haven’t received them though now been told Wednesday so let’s see”

“Wij waren op zoek naar een landelijk sjiek badmeubelen en verwarming. Hier vonden wij het voor een fractie van de prijs. Wat wel opvalt is dat er 3 radiatoren verdwenen zijn tussen verzenden en bezorgen. Verschrikkelijk voor iedere ondernemer. Maar ondanks dat, loste ze keurig alles op .”

“You didn’t. Ordered 6 radiators, only received 5. One was out of stock apparently, but I was not informed of this. So despite taking full payment for 6 radiators, only received 5. Plus tradesman booked in to fit 6, too late to change.”

“I have bought a shower and pump at what I feel is a good price. I made my order online and the items have arrived a week later. Everything has been packed really well and my order seems complete. Obviously I am unable to comment any further until my bathroom fitter gets to work.”

“The heated towel rail is great and looks like great quality. The packaging was extremely well done. The negative was I ordered next day delivery befor the time stated and it didn’t come which should have been Friday, didn’t arrive until the Monday but they refunded the next day delivery charge.”

“I was able to purchase the shower door I wanted, it was available in a number of thicknesses. I chose the 10 mm thick sliding glass door as it provided a robust front to the shower enclosure. It has allowed a larger shower enclosure in a confined space.”

“Delivery took longer than expected and then was told different things when I called to chase. I even called a day before the deadline delivery and an agent promised delivery was the next day to then find out it was another 4 days later. I then had to purchase from another company costing me double and not I need to return and it’s taking forever as again I have to calll everyday to chase the collection of the u wanted items !!! Still not resolved and never to use soak again”
