“The order was delivered or time and well packed. The quality of the products was extremely good for the price. And when I contacted Soak with a problem on a bath panel, they refunded the cost without query, relying just on my email and photos. Very pleased all round. And my bathroom looks great!”

“Poor customer service basin mixer never turned up with the shower I ordered, was promised redelivery three times but it never arrived, eventually had to cancel the order and get the mixer tap elsewhere”

“Well I’m not a happy customer.. I ordered a sink vanity unit .. arrived without notice the courier threw the item off the back lorry .. I was told this by my daughter.. I opened the box to find the unit very badly damaged !! So I rang customer services which to be fair were very efficient.. and sent a replacement.. this came and was also very badly damaged!! By this time over five weeks have passed.. having to put trades men off . So I decided to by local and pick the items up myself!! Like I say customer services very good ... your choice of courier leaves a lot to be desired.. hopefully this is a rare case .. if it isn’t you need your own delivery people.. I hope this will be addressed.. thanks Richard”

“Soak did not make me happy. We had to have 2 further deliveries as a significant portion of our order was missing from the first 2 deliveries. My wife had to waste additional days leave waiting for these items. No sympathy from Soak at all. Will never use again as I have no faith in their ability to deliver the goods I order.”

“The items ordered were a good price and decent quality but the delivery was not at all good. I ordered several items but 1st 2-man delivery only brought me some sealant and a connection pipe. It took several phone calls and another 2 weeks to get the rest of the order.”

“Soak.com we’re appealing. One member of staff was decent, the rest that I dealt with were rude and incapable of helping for a delivery that had simply not turned up. Courier company confirmed it was never sent. Took nearly 7 days to get it sent after the initial delivery never turned up”

“Soak did not make me happy. They didn't pack my mirrored cabinet properly so it was broken on arrival. I told them it was not packaged properly so they said they'd do it better next time and sent a replacement. This was also broken and packaged inadequately. I have received a refund but had to take both cabinets to the tip! Won't use them again.”
