Pros: prompt response to the order. Every customer service representative presents professional attitude and high level of skills. Very helpful if you manage to speak to them. Prompt response to after sales cases with good and efficient solution provided. Every verbally agreed action is promptly confirmed in writing by email. Cons: Difficult to contact customer support. Waiting time for somebody to pick up is 20-40 minutes based on real experience in different days, different times of the day. In case the refund is obtained the email confirmation is provided quickly but ... It is 22nd of March and I'm still waiting for refund confirmed on 07th of March. This long (12 WORKING DAYS) waiting time for refund is not customer friendly nor industrial standard. It is clearly communicated by every representative but still makes me think that soak practices holding to customer money for as long as possible. Using incapable delivery company: received 2 damaged shower enclosures one after another. This destroyed my work schedule completely.

I was impressed by the toilet and sink I purchased. Also customer services was brilliant but avoid calling on a weekend as the waiting was ridiculous. Once I spoke to an advisor he was very helpful and polite. Thank you I would definitely recommend them and also use them again.

Fine if your item not damaged. If you have to call them takes 15 minutes to get through and staff sound stressed out and trying to do too much. Pain to sort out replacement and refund for delivery.

Didnt make me happy! Was expecting a radiator and valves, but only valves still waiting for rad (3 weeks now since placed order) 3 phone calls and still no answer to where the radiator is!!!!!

Even though we had the wrong thing delivered and then one thing was damaged and we are still waiting for something to be replaced the service and friendliness of people have been good

They didn’t! Vanity unit arrived broken. Customer service was terrible, the girl I spoke to blamed me & was not polite at all. Promised a review in 12 working days! Will never use again

It didn’t!! Item arrived severely damaged and as the covering was intact this was very much obvious to the eye but subsequently despatch anyway! Numerous emails with photos of damage sent but a week later still no response!

The initial delivery was incomplete and packaging was damaged and covered in an unknown substance which got onto my wife’s hands when she was asked to check the delivery by the driver as he did not have any delivery information. This incident has been reported and registered with Soak.com but there has been no response to date. This demostates a very poor attitude and a lack of understanding of this company’s responsibilities for the health and safety of their customers. The missing items have now been delivered and the delivery driver on this occasion was very helpful and courteous, hence the higher score than you would have expected. I look forward to receiving A response from Soak.com to this review in the near future.

Shower tray arrived damaged. Replacement item also damaged. Hours spent on phone trying to resolve with awful customer service. They have failed to collect either damaged item from me despite me 'booking' this with them twice.

I am extremely dissatisfied with soak.com ‘s lack of service. I ordered a towel radiator but had to cancel due to wrong specifications however have received no confirmation of the cancellation, no refund and have tried to call the helpline numerous times and not able to reach anyone after holding for over 10 minutes each time. Hopefully this review will catch management attention. Will never be using again as no service provided and will advise others to steer clear. Hayley F
