“Damaged bath panel 4 damaged sink units 2 damaged back to wall toilet units and a faulty cistern. Customer service was terrible when trying to get replacements. Poor quality products I will never purchase anything from soak again”

“Quality of the suite was ok. The service awful. It says in the small print that if you choose free delivery they literally drop it all on the pavement outside the house. This was for my elderly mother. How would she have managed had we not been around? When I rang customer services I spoke to a very sharp woman. I asked for a manager to call me back. No manager rang. Never again!”

“It was a struggle, but we got there in the end... Firstly, the order I tried to place online failed to go through on 3 occasions. Each occasion it told me that the order had failed and no payment was taken. Wrong! They'd charged my credit card three times and hadn't actually generated an order. So I had to wait for 5 working days for the payments to clear back off my credit card so I could place the order again, which I did on the phone this time (trust issues starting...!) They attempted delivery during the 30 minute window in which no-one was home as I was at work and hubby needed to get the kids from school - no option to book a time-slot which I found poor. Unprepared to wait for my husband to return home, the (very rude) delivery man explained they were failing the delivery and i'd have to re-book. Unhelpful lady on the phone at delivery depot re-booked my delivery a few days later, but again would not give me a time slot. They again tried to deliver during the school run (because why not) but thankfully we'd had the foresight to ask my Mother to wait in at our house. Delivery driver dropped of the bathroom suite and carried it into the front room for my Mum. I returned home from work and unboxed my toilet cistern to find a box of broken ceramic confetti instead a toilet. I'm unsure how on earth the delivery driver hadn't realised the box was jangling when he brought it into my house, but we'll give him the benefit of the doubt. Lady on the phone from Customer Service was lovely and did arrange for a new one to be sent out, without quibble, and which arrived fairly quickly, and in one piece, thankfully. All in all, I'm happy with the quality of the stuff they supplied, but the whole process getting there was fairly stressful.”

“We bought 3 column radiators plus all the accessories to accompany. Everything arrived on our nominated day, happy days!! When we opened up one of the boxes it had the incorrect coloured feet. My first reaction was, this is going to be difficult as we'd ordered over the internet. I couldn't have been more wrong! One phone call (made on a Sunday) and everything was resolved immediately with the correct item arriving 2 days later. We couldn't have been happier with the service or our purchase 😀”

“My radiator turned up with a very small dent, you offered to replace with no quibbling - just a couple of quick photo’s - and a new one arrived the next day. Fantastic service, already recommended to a friend who has already bought something! Well done soak 😊”

“It didn't make me happy at all. The ordering process was fine. The delivery process was appalling. it took five deliveries and approximately a total of 4 hours on the phone trying to sort it.”

“Like the products website etc. But delivery has been a problem, previous order 3 years ago had been slightly damaged. And the box my latest delivery in was very damaged. Checked inside and everything seems OK. But not very happy with how they have arrived. Not contacted support either time because it seemed like too much effort to rearrange and I was quite late seeing them when they finally got installed”
