“I encountered a series of obstacles that led to the loss of $43,000 of my hard-earned capital. What disheartened me the most was their constant demand for additional funds before processing withdrawal requests. To make matters worse, all my attempts to reach out to their customer support desk were met with silence and indifference. I knew I needed help. “My delivery didnt come when it was supposed to (monday) so i thpight it would come on tuesday as i had paid for next day delivery when i contacted them i was told it would be Wednesday. They did refund my postage though i didnt receive anything for inconvenience caused. Saying that when the order arrived i was really pleased with the quality and for the price i paid its excellent value for money. I would order from soak again 😊”

“Good quality part. However I still think that 8 days delivery in the era of internet shopping needs improvement. Paperwork states, order date of 4Nov and dispatch date of 12 Nov and I received on 13th Nov - seems like something went awry - HOWEVER, I’m happy with my purchase and the quality.”

“Excellent radiator at a reasonable price. Only issue was when purchasing from the site, a page came up with essentials which included the valves so I purchased them also only to find that they were no good and not the correct ones, when a professional came to fit it, meaning I had to purchase another set of valves. However, the radiator looks great and the heat is amazing.”
