“Lovely choice of ethically sourced goodies which were bought as unusual and attractive gifts. I loved them all and had to keep one myself! Interesting and useful background about the makers came in the packages. Will explore the site further.”

“Incredibly disappointing service. We've been waiting 3 weeks for the Indian Spice Collection to be delivered. We have no idea when or if it will finally arrive. There just appears to be no business control on logistics, or a grasp of how to rectify things for a customer when things go wrong.”

We recently faced some operational issues with a new fulfilment centre, which was made more challenging by being short staffed during our peak season. This led to a temporary reduction in the service levels we were able to provide during this period.
