“Ordered several hampers 2 weeks before Xmas, on the Monday. By the following Monday, still no notification they had dispatched. Website has no phone number to call, no live chat. Website also has no account login feature, so I have to go back through all my emails to see what the order numbers are etc. All they have is email, not even a webform or ticket system. A lovely looking website with lots of lovely "Socially Sustainable" hampers, but not much to back it up.”

We sincerely apologise for the issues you experienced with your order, and we understand how frustrating it can be when there is a delayed response to your customer service request. We recently onboarded a new fulfilment partner, which unfortunately resulted in temporary operational issues that affected our service levels. At the same time we found ourselves understaffed during our peak season, which led to the issues you faced. We know this is no excuse and acknowledge that this fell short of the experience we strive to provide for our customers. “Incredibly disappointing service. We've been waiting 3 weeks for the Indian Spice Collection to be delivered. We have no idea when or if it will finally arrive. There just appears to be no business control on logistics, or a grasp of how to rectify things for a customer when things go wrong.”
