“They didn’t deliver and closed down the tickets to customer service as resolved when being questioned. No way of actually getting a hold of them or getting a refund or “refill” as they say. This is a total scam.”
“They follow then unfollow. I purchased 100 followers as a test run to see if the site was legit. All 100 followers + about 10 extra followed my account within 15 minutes of purchase. Within 24hrs, all followers were gone. Back to 0. Clearly a scam site.”

“Don't trust this company to be fully honest it complete your entire order. They will eventually stop communicating and you'll never heard or receive word regarding your refund. “The followers you get on the soundcloud account are obviously fakes, with no or 1 follower themselves but following and reporting by the hundreds. What sticks out like a sore thumb is that some of them are 'User5674' with not even a profile picture. So they don't even bother putting the time in to hide their bots, and anyone looking at your followers will know you bought them in. I tested with a very small amount and what I got was some immediately completed while others remained in 'processing'. So you end up with double the people liking a song than people having actually played it, which even more makes it obvious to people visiting your profile they're fake.”

Unfortunately I've paid AUD$128 through PayPal. My order was never delivered and no response upon sending 3-4 emails.
The issue has been already raised with PayPal and they will start investigating soon.
