Easy to use website, fast delivery to the uk, but need to return the items as they were the wrong size, I couldn’t complete the returns form due to having a uk address, I have emailed Sockelion numerous times, used the contact form online and dm’ed through instagram but haven’t had a reply. So stuck and unable to return / exchange the items. Very poor customer service.

The socks were impossible to put on. Too tight. And the returns labels are grossly overpriced with about 18€ through DHL and 28.88€ with Correos. I went to Correos privately and got ‘certificado’ delivery with insurance of 80€ for a total price of 11.74€

Unfortunately, the Sockeloen aero socks were far too tight around my calves and are basically unwearable. I didn't receive a response about an exchange for over a week, and was told I would have to pay to ship the socks back to the Netherlands in order to receive a new set or a refund. Will not be buying again.

Order items from Instagram and there was no mention that the items are being shipped outside of the US and that are additional cost from the tariffs.
Send 2 email to customer service but never heard back and the items are still not delivered.
I would like for you to contact UPS and ask them to send to send package back and issue me a full refund.
