You sent me email asking for review now that I "received the order" but it's been a month and you haven't even shipped it out yet. So much for giving it as holiday gift. Thanks for nothing and not even apparently knowing what's going on

I haven’t received my order yet, and I’m afraid I won’t have it in time for holiday gift giving. Not happy at this point. I need my order by Dec 19

Sockologie sent me a confirmation of shipment of all of the socks I purchased. Then upon receiving the package, I received a delivery confirmation for all of the socks I purchased. One pair wasn’t in the package, yet I received no email stating it would be delayed or out of stock. The only emails I had all said it was either on its way or delivered. It took me reaching out to the company to find out that they were allegedly out of stock and will ship in 3-4 weeks when they are restocked. Would have been helpful information due to the holiday season approaching. I find this deceptive and bad business, I would never order anything from this company again.

I'd like to know where the 5 pairs of socks I ordered for Christmas gifts are, but I can't find a customer service phone no. I goofed on the address and put 1000 instead of 1001 (there is no 1000 on that street) and I have no clue how to resolve this and don't know where the socks went. I spent quite a bit on this gift and am very unhappy that there's no number to call.

I mean I'll give it a one since I can't give a zero. Never recieved my order. Several emails unanswered. I suggest you shop elsewhere.

My package never made it to me because of an incorrect address. I made an error when entered shipping info. I have contacted sockology, they said check with the USPS. I did. The USPS says it was returned to sender. I sent another message to sockology and have not heard any response. The package was returned to sender 3 weeks ago and I have no socks, no answers and no refund, no idea if sockology is going to do anything. What a run around. Very dissatisfied.!!!!

The customer provided us with the incorrect address. We send two emails for customers to verify the shipping address before it has been delivered. We did not receive any responses to the two emails. She inquired about the package and we asked her to verify the shipping address to which she responded that it was incorrect. We informed her we would reship it (at our cost despite the customer's error) once it was returned to us. Tracking shows that this was to be sent back to us. We have not received it back yet and tracking does not show that it has been returned either. She just sent us an email yesterday to which we responded.

Was under the impression these were compression socks, and bought them for one of my residents that now can’t wear them. I even did a search for compression socks and these popped up. Not right at all

I never got the socks I ordered that package went missing and than they shipped another package to me and it’s all the wrong socks, socks I ordered maybe a over a year ago
