“I purchased both a Microsoft Windows 10 Pro and the Microsoft Office 2021 Professional Pus and unfortunately neither product has worked and the office software wasn't for a Windows operating system but for a Mac which I don't own.
Attempting to correct the situation was fruitless and I won't look to them in the future for my software needs.”
