“I purchased this product in order to combine a bunch of PDF files into a single document and it does that quite well. All the other features seem to work well.”

“The main reason for buying PDF Pro 10 initially was to enable me to combine a number of separate PDFs into a singe master PDF. I have followed the help instructions and it just does not do what the instructions suggest. I first open my first file, then go to the Insert and Edit tab, select the Document Attachments Tab, then the + tab to identify the files I was to attach, then I selection the files I want to attach using the Open tab in the dialogue box and finally hit the Save tab. I provide a new file name for the combined files, and then all I get when it saves is a single file, the last one on my list.
An added weakness of this feature is that it is not easy to interactively alter the order of the files to be combined into a single master, you have to plan this out when you add the files.
Otherwise the other features seem very comprehensive, so if you can explain what I am doing wrong I am likely to be a happy customer. In the meantime the help instructions are just not adequate to attach the files successfully.”
“Having only used PDF Pro a few times I can't comment exactly on all its functionality as I am still teaching myself how to use it. The stuff that I have taught myself has been very useful.”

“Had to uninstall it due to a lack of options for output formats. Only converted text in PDFs to text boxes. In large documents this is onerous to then have to edit each and every text box over dozens of pages/documents. If possible would prefer a refund.”

I am able to scan into a readable format documents and letters which I am able to distribute to colleagues and friends without the worry of compatibility with their systems. I simply love it and wouldn't be without it.”
“I have purchased PDF Pro 10 because I now have to submit my business invoices in PDF format. I find it simple to compile all of the documents required for my invoice into one PDF document. There is one issue though and perhaps I am doing something wrong, but on the outer edge of the PDF appears a shadow almost like there is a document behind. Otherwise I am very pleased with the software.

“I must admit that I'm somewhat disappointed with your software. I purchased it on the assumption that it would allow me to edit pdf documents (i.e. actually change the text of another document). Unless I'm not using the software correctly, it does not allow this.
If the software is supposed to allow such editing, please advise me how. If it does not allow this, then the advertising is quite misleading.”

Later, I found that it was probably because I needed to completely remove the program before I reinstalled it and that the old licence probably still worked. What made things worse was that I submitted two support tickets and neither was answered.”
