“Phoned & emailed many times, tried to contact other ways without much success. Microsoft claim it Is not a legitimate key, looks to me like a fake front and definitely pointing towards a scam.”

“ordered a Office 2016 key, first key sent can't be activated online or via telephone. Requested a refund, was sent another key and instructions to try the methords - key didnt work either as it had been used to many times. They ignore any request for a refund. Avoid at all costs.”

“Wish I'd read the "real" reviews before I ordered a Windows 10 key from them. It doesn't work - says it's already being used by another machine. I've asked for a refund but apparently I can only have a credit note - like that's going to be any use to me. This appears to be a company set up purely to scam poor suckers like me out of their cash. Avoid them at all coasts.”

“Your Product sent Didn't Work Your Product sent Didn't Work, I want a replacement sent or a full refund, what are you doing about this, I have called your number but you keep cutting my calls, I have sent a Support Ticket as requested, but what a surprize, you don't answer your Phone or E-Mails.
