“Paid £50 for a Microsoft Office product key. Tried to install the software but it was an invalid key and Microsoft instructed me to contact the seller. Tired to call the seller and it went straight to an answering machine which doesn't accept messages. Huge scam, do not use!”

“Paid £10 for a disc that would supposedly upload Mavericks operating system for MAC. The disc appeared to worked and uploaded for 2 hours. At the end I got a message saying, 'insert a disc that is formatted to upload operating systems' It was very frustrating. I'd bought a disc to update an operating system yet that very disc was not formatted to do so! I explained in detail and did get some email replies. They then asked for a picture of the problem. This seemed unnecessary to me as I had explained in detail the problem. I replied to their email but I have not heard back. Very poor service.”

“Unable to get my laptop to reload, tried everything on the internet and nothing worked. Before I throw it away I checked the internet for windows 10 recovery disc, found software repair world for only £8.99. The discs arrived in 3 days, put it in, 2 hrs later it's like a new computer. Fantastic.”

“Okay, so after reading some of these reviews I was a little paranoid. Some were saying they didn't get their delivery. Some said they got it and it didn't work. Well I'm pleased to say my order came, it worked straight away when nothing se would, even all the experts on Google didn't have a clue. So, thank you and I definitely would use you again. I gave you 5 stars the only quibble was the length of time it took to get here but I guess that was down to Royal mail, who must have switched to using tortoises since we've been imprisoned once again. 🙄”

“Not convinced yet. Place order and got instant Office 2016 code and the next day got the DVD. This was 5* service. Went to install office, would not activate online so went through the process using my phone (down a star) - long drawn out affair but got there and product activated (up a star). Used on-line ticket messaging system 2hr response - no reply in 24hrs (down a star) E-Mailed instead - not expecting a response to my question regarding the activation issue. So in anticipation, down to 3*s. Not all what it seems - time will tell.”

“I bought Paperport Pro 14 from you in March 20. Nuance tell me that the Serial number is incorrect and that I must have bought a counterfeit copy. I don't think I have. I have tried calling your 0330 number and also your standard number with NO reply, despite you saying you are now "working normally." - so I sent an email to your help desk with a "reply" within a couple of hours. I'm still waiting days later. I cannot find any other numbers for you, I can't figure out what is wrong, Nuance say it's a fake copy - you'll imagine I am SERIOUSLY unimpressed.”
