“ordered windows 10 repair/recovery disk and paid for express shipping its now been 8 days and last update it thats its been sent out no updates since no response from there email either 😡 paid $40 all up not the best look”

“DVD install disk didn’t work I bought from them. So bought USB stick. Didn’t work either. Refund was offered but never came after much time and many reminders. Suggest you order from Amazon and if it doesn’t work, you can always send back.”

“I ordered a product from these assholes, the link they sent didnt work and linked to the wrong product, i sent them the error messages and told them it was wrong they stopped responding, I then requested a to refund as it didnt work they stopped responding didnt return any of my telephone messages . They are crooks, dont expect ant support or assistance.”

“ordered dvd cd creator after reading the full description TWICE just to make sure I paid and downloaded it to find it was a program called dvd fiick . it doesn't appear to do anything wont let open new project to test the software, and doesn't and by the headings wont do any of the things I bought it for.contacted the company who have not got back to me in the there time scale DO NOT BUY THIS PRODUCT”

“Listen. After buying a fresh hard drive since my old one broke, i bought a windows install disk. I configured the bios correctly, did everything correctly. yet, it wont boot from the dvd. I check the state of the disk and suprise suprise, its scratched beyond working condition. Either this company is a scam, or they are very incompetent and reuse disks to save costs. Dont buy. Find someone else.”

“Bought windows 7 repair boot disk. Delivery was quite fast. But my computer was not seeing the boot disk. Bought a different external dvd drive thinking it might be the dvd drive but again it's not booting up from the cd I bought. So thinking it's not a boot disk.. so decided to buy another laptop and made a recovery flash drive and tried booting up my broken laptop with that and my flash drive fixed my laptop.. Bought the dvd for nothing”

“Paid 9.99 for greeting card lifetime only to find when I downloaded it it was only atrial version lasting 15 days & to order a full version @ $29.95. What a scam!! stay away from this company I have learned my lesson.”

“I've ordered a repair usb...give from this place 1/25/2022 and now it is 2/22/2022. And I have not received my product. This place is a scam. It's my fault for not looking them up before I bought the product...it won't happen again. Don't waste your money or time with this place.”

“I would give zero stars but there is no option for that. If anyone has the audacity to give this mob any more than 1 star they are lying. I, stupidly, ordered office 2019 professional (Order ID is 28258SRW). I had nothing but problems, everything from an invalid licence to the software suddenly stopped working. Every time I tried to contact this company, no answer. I tried several times even on their Facebook page and still nothing. Once they have your money they don't give a sh#t. Do not buy any software from this company. Do yourself a favour and go to Brytesoft, they are the bomb. No I do not work for Brytesoft, I just highly recommend them.”

“brought macos high sierra dick to reload my mac and it doest load it says its empty disk and keeps asking to insert disk and eject the disk i do belive its not genuine disk as u can she its been lightscribed lable on disk so will not be using them again wast of money and there dont reply to ur messages u send them”

“Bought a windows 7 and drivers disk on the 15/10/21 and it’s now the 22/10/21 and they have not arrived. Contacted seller he sent out a replacement disks and they also have not arrived.
