“Ordered a SSD with windows preloaded, came super fast and windows installed instantly BUT the build had no drivers and therefore could connect to the internet. When I asked them for advice on this matter I was offered three possible solutions from them. I picked which service I'd prefer and I've not heard back from them since. Maybe it's because the option I chose was the one that wasn't going to cost me anymore money?”

“Terrible service from a company that, whilst it initially quickly responded to a request for advice consequent upon them sending me a SSD which didn't work, the message was badly written and I had to follow it up. The company has failed to cooperate with the first follow-up and has totally ignored the second. Perhaps there are those who have been satisfied with the service given by this company. Based on my experience however I cannot recommend them at all.”

“Not convinced yet. Place order and got instant Office 2016 code and the next day got the DVD. This was 5* service. Went to install office, would not activate online so went through the process using my phone (down a star) - long drawn out affair but got there and product activated (up a star). Used on-line ticket messaging system 2hr response - no reply in 24hrs (down a star) E-Mailed instead - not expecting a response to my question regarding the activation issue. So in anticipation, down to 3*s. Not all what it seems - time will tell.”
