Above all, one band I received had a slight imperfection and I couldn’t slide it onto my watch. Within minutes of emailing support, they emailed me back that they had already sent me a replacement band! This is a company that is responsive and wonderful to order from! Never had such a great experience! Will be telling anyone that needs a band, this is the place and company!”

“I ordered 3 bands, 2 for me and 1 for my husband. The imperium and slim imperium are great. The nova is very heavy and clunky and the colors are not anything I would wear. I first ordered the gold and it is very cheesy looking in addition to being heavy and clunky. They graciously allowed me to exchange it for a black one as I thought that might be better. It is not! Now, I’m not eligible for an exchange! I guess I’m stuck with it! Be careful, the pictures on their website are deceiving.”

“I love my Solace band. I bought the multicolor one and wear it all the time(of course when not charging my watch). That is also very easy, just flip inside out, place on charger, when done flip again and put watch back on. I do have some issues with my hands so this band is perfect for me. Thank you Solace.”
