“I bought one band last year and loved it! I ordered three new bands 4 weeks ago and still don’t have them. I emailed customer services three times and no response.”
“When I received my order, I found out that it was the wrong color and size. It took another week to get the correct size and color. However, when I tried the band, it did not fit despite using the sizing guide. I hoped to exchange it and contacted the seller, but I have not received any response from them. Due to this, I won't be wearing the band.”
We're sorry to hear that. Our bands are usually tight at first but eventually will adjust to your wrist. If it's become too loose, it means the size is too big for you.
To get the exchange process started, please go to our returns and exchanges portal at https://solacebands.com/a/return and follow the steps.

“I bought two bands, medium and small, but both have issues. The bands fit well but the connection to the watch band itself is so loose the bands look like they are about to pop loose from the watch. Won’t waste my money again!”
We're sorry to hear that. The delay is attributed to the current overload experienced by shipping carriers. The surge in last-minute Christmas orders has led to increased demand, causing delays in the usual delivery timelines for all services. Unfortunately, this situation is affecting the timely processing of shipments.
Kindly contact us at contact@solacebands.com so we can assist you better.
You may exchange it with our Outlander loop band. To get the exchange process started, please go to our returns and exchanges portal at https://solacebands.com/a/return and follow the steps.
“Great bands for about a month until they stretch out. It is a pity because this is the first band that does not put marks on my wrist from daily wear. I purchased 4 bands BEFORE knowing they would stretch to the size of a wrist bangle and fit two inches above my wrist. Of course, this was BEFORE the replacement warranty. So, that was money wasted”

“Disappointed. I communicated before my purchase with customer service, giving them an accurate measurement in cm of my wrist. They suggested an XS. I also used the measuring tool in the website to make sure. Also an XS. 3 watch bands arrived in XS. All WAY too small. One of them came either used/stained. When I returned, I was still charged return shipping, which is ridiculous for a damaged item, and inaccurate measuring tools. Delivery also took forever.”
“Weak spring rod disconnects at least once a day sending my Garmin to the floor/ground. Had to go back to the OEM Garmin band and realized the huge difference. The Garmin spring rods take considerable pressure to release compared with the junk ones installed in this otherwise, very nice Outlander Loop. Tried to sumbmit warranty claim but can not find my order #.”
“Sadly, the band tore and left the sliding apparatus stuck in watch. Now not easy to fully remove band from watch. It tore the second day I wore it. Very disappointed.”
“I gave the descriptions of my watch and someone showed me the wrong fitting for my garmin Fenix watch. I’m having to return it cause it won’t fit to my watch . Wasted time”
