The band is comfortable and looks great, but after a day of wearing it, it becomes loose and my Apple Watch locks because it thinks it bit even on my wrist it’s so loose. Pretty disappointing when you spend 40 bucks on a watch band.

Our bands are usually tight at first but eventually will adjust to your wrist. If it's become too loose, it means the size is too big for you. To get the exchange process started, please go to our returns and exchanges portal at https://solacebands.com/a/return and follow the steps. We also recommend sizing down to avoid over-stretching.

Ordered 3 bands and they are too large for my wrist, even though I measured. Very disappointing.

I opted for the slim perma band in the smallest size. Unfortunately it either fits too tight or too loose when I adjusted it. I was so bummed because I like the look of the slim perma band.

I love the look of the band but I was looking for something more substantial, especially for the price-point. I have a pretty small wrist so part of the issue could be how the band feels and sits once I remove 3-4 links, but I also was hoping the clasp would be metal/better quality but it seems plastic-y. This is my first after-market band purchase so I'm not sure what to expect but I'll keep looking. Customer service was AWESOME though when I had thought the band wasn't delivered.

I wanted to try the new bands so I wear a small in the braided ones, but the smalls were to big and the xtra smalls were to tight. Very disappointed. Now I’m stuck with 6 bands.

Our bands may seem tight at first, but the band will eventually adjust to your wrist. So you may give a few more days for the XS band to break in.

The band broke off at the connector the the watch on the first day wearing it. Looked like it was only held together by some glue and it came right off

I do not like the "linked" band. The latch does not feel secure and opens way too easily. It is stiff and uncomfortable.

I wanted to love the permanent slim, but it’s not a good for my petite wrists. The buckle is especially challenging since it’s so long. Sending back.

The concept is great, however the sizing doesn’t work. Me and my son both had this issue. Our wrist are to small for the large but the medium is to tight, there’s a reason Apple has there sizing the way it is. Very disappointed will not buy again

Very disappointed!!! I ordered 3 bands on December, 13th. The Solace website advertised everywhere about delivery from 2 to 5 days. It was delivered 10 days later (Dec, 23rd)... It was supposed to be a Christmas gift and it was delivered too late, we took a flight to our vacation spot the day before (12/22). I live in California. Worried it might not be delivered in time, I reached out by email to customer service, who told me that it was not their fault and blamed the shipping carriers. It was not helpful. If Solace can't anticipate and handle high demands during Christmas time, then Solace shouldn't advertise about delivery between 2-5 days on their website. It's false advertising and misleading.

Watch fits very loose. I can't seem to find my order number to be able to return the band or exchange for a different size. I would recommend getting a size smaller than the website recommends.

The measureing system is not good it said I should have a small but got a small way to small and the medium is still to small

The product is great, all three bands are lovely and my wife loved them. However, because of your lack of common sense when it comes to shipping during the holidays I give you a 2. My order was a gift, your package had your name on the bag. If my wife saw the bag she would have known immediately what it was. She actually saw the bag outside, saw it was for me and went on inside, your logo luckily was on the opposite side. May order again, but never for a gift, gotta do better.

i liked my watch band for the first day i had it, then the hinge broke on the latch and i can’t wear it anymore. the metal also began to discolor within one day. would not recommend

I bought 4 bands out of 4 of them 1 was incorrect. Brought it to supports attention, they offered to replace it. & STILL sent me the same band that the was incorrect. The website said delivery was 2-5 days. Got my items 3 weeks later. 🙄
