“I really like the comfort of this nylon band, this is a nice alternative to the high cost of the Apple version. (which I also own). I ordered 3 bands, the first one I wore broke the first day. So far, the other two have held together. I was between sizes, according to the chart so I ordered a size down, as recommended. It fits a little snug but I'm expecting it to stretch a bit as I wear it.
I returned the broken band using the easy return instructions on the website, I was credited in a timely manner and was also contacted by a customer service team member and offered a replacement.”
