“I really like my Briaded V2 loop, Paladin loop and Scrunchi. I first ordered the XS but after a few days I noticed a problem with the XS being too tight. The company completely stood behind their merchandise and sent me free replacements for the XS in a size S. The S are perfect. the Scrunchi didn't need to be replaced for it comes in size XS/S and that worked great. A super US company that stands behind their product and want happy customers! Fantastic customer service!!!”
“I used the measuring tool and it told me to order an XS band. It was too small but luckily customer service was phenomenal and I got a size up very quickly! Love this band, it is so comfy and cute. I don’t even feel like I am wearing a watch! Seriously the best purchase, I’m obsessed!”

“I was skeptic of buying it because in the past, I’ve bought the same kinds of bands off Amazon for cheaper that had buckles and things to tighten them and they always seem to never stay tight so I was scared of a band that’s just a band like what it it loosens I can’t tighten it what if I got the wrong size? It bother and I slipped it on and haven’t had a problem yet and I hope it stays that way I’ve gone through a lot and I mean a lot of watch bands let’s hope this is my last.”

“Love the band. Very comfortable and looks exactly like the color on the website. My only complaint is that I bought a face guard in black and it’s hard to press the buttons on the face of the watch to get it to work through the plastic piece that goes over the watch. Probably won’t be using it because of this.”
