“This is my second time ordering from Solace. My first three band have been great. My most recent order of the slim perma band not so much. A clasp piece keeps coming detached from the band. It does pop back on so it’s not the worst thing in the world.”

Our bands may seem tight at first, but the band will eventually adjust to your wrist. But if it's really uncomfortable to wear, you can return it for an exchange.

“I ordered the perma band and it was to small on my wrist. I was thinking the band would have been too big since it included the tool to make it smaller. I really liked the band but had to ship it back for that reason. I also contacted customer service to ask if the send out additional links to make the band bigger but solace doesn’t. Very disappointing.”

“I’ve bought bands that are made with an elastic band from other company’s. I would get smalls and they would be extremely tight. I went with a medium for myself and it is too loose. I like them a little snug. I purchased the small for my wife and hers was too loose as well. Love the designs but probably won’t purchase again due to sizing.”

“I was disappointed with my bands. I ordered three and chose "gold" hardware for all of them. I received the bands and the actual bands are perfect but the hardware is definitely not gold. It is more of a rose gold. That does change the whole look of them and will truly affect how often I wear them as I do not wear a lot of rose gold.”
“These are not made for me. The MD was too big, return for SM and they are too tight. They fit - just wouldn't want to have them on for a long time. Quality is good, customer service is good, just not the style band for me. I got a linked, adjustable band that I love.”
“The first band I ordered was too big, so I sent it back, exchanging for a smaller size. The exchange process was easy. When I got my smaller band, it fit way too tight, and I felt like there should be a size in between the two sizes I tried. Eventually it stretched out to a comfortable fit, but now, almost 4 months later, it is too stretched out and my watch band slides up and down my wrist. So take that into account when getting a non-adjustable band.”
“I wish I could rate these higher as they are so soft and breathable, but there seems to be an issue with the sizing. I first purchased two large bands for myself and a small for my wife. The one large was too big, the other large and the small fit us perfectly. After a couple months they both stretched out and we couldn't get them to shrink back. I then purchased some mediums that started out tight to the point of limiting circulation to my hand, but after a week has stretched to a comfortable fit. I'm curious to see how much this one stretches out. At the prices these are, I wouldn't expect to replace them as often as I've had to.”
