“I like the band but it is too big and I got a medium. I thought it would be the right size for me. I won’t be able to use it and I think over time it will just stretch and get bigger. Disappointed ☹️”
“I ordered 3 different bands. Two of the stretchy ones. Those fit ok kinda tight and I ordered the largest on both. I don’t have super large wrists. I’m a woman with large wrist but not as large as many men I know. I also got the slim perma band, no where in the description did it say how long it is, just that it is adjustable. I did submit a question asking how long it is and if it can be extended for larger wrists, that was never answered. After waiting 3 days I just bought it, it “fits” snugly. I’ll keep it but it’s not comfortable to wear for long periods of time. I would not recommend for people who have larger wrists.”
“It’s fits good once you get it sized right. However trying to size it to fit properly is a pain and the clasp on the band is uncomfortable on the wrist. I probably should have gotten the fitted one”
“I have 3 imperium loop bands right now. One in champagne pink that I bought from amazon, and the 2 I bought here: sand and lavender. I really like them, and their customer service is great. Only issue I have is that the lavender imperium loop seems to be different quality: It seems to be stretchier and I think will potentially retain it’s length over time much better than the other two. I originally wore the champagne pink, and it felt more tightly woven, but it quickly began to stretch out more over the course of a couple weeks that it’s actually slightly loose now. I’m a bit worried for the longevity of the pink and sand ones as they seem more similar to each other in quality versus the lavender one… good thing for those lifetime warranties 😅 Overall, I still love them”
“I’m disappointed in my watchband that I bought. I’ve bought numerous solace bands but for some reason the grey border separated from the black portion of the watch band that I bought in a previous order. This had never happened before???? 🤷🏼”
Our bands may seem tight at first, but the band will eventually adjust to your wrist. But if it's really uncomfortable to wear, you can return it for an exchange.
“Beautiful band BUT I would suggest not using the current delivery service and rethink the packaging. I paid extra to expedite my band and only just got it. The first one came late and the package was destroyed. CS had me send them one AND THEN I had a new one sent to me. By that time the one I bought was no longer in stock. The second one came and only minor damage to package. Box was not save able but the band was ok. I wouldn’t buy again until they change both shipping and packaging. Also you can’t pick the button you want on the survey it automatically puts in ‘as expected’ and you cannot adjust it.”

Our bands are usually tight at first but eventually will adjust to your wrist. If it's become too loose, it means the size is too big for you. So the small one should be fit for you, just give it time to break in.

“hello - I think the band is very light and cheap because it is plastic, looked like real stone on the site but is not, makes the watch look cheaper. I'm considering returning it. for the $40 price I'm disappointed”
“The bands are as I expected. I like the quality. However, the shopping experience needs help. I don’t think I ordered the pattern of the one band and I know for certain I did not order 2 of the same! So something happened along the order process that messed up.”
“I really like the watch band. It looks nice and is comfortable, but it will not lock into my watch. It slides back and forth in the watch. It has not come loose but I will press it back in so it doesn’t slide all the way out. Not sure if this is a defect or if others have experienced this. With other bands it will snap into place, but this band does not do that. I have worried about it sliding completely and losing my watch but in the week of wearing it, the movement is minimal. I do not wear this band to workout. I change to a silicone band so it doesn’t jostle too much in daily activities.”
“I’m only giving the Perma band a 3 simply because the band doesn’t have varying band lengths. It’s a truly stunning band but my large wrist didn’t fit the band. It was too small. If they make an extra large band length I’m buying several!”
“I rated a three on one principle. They are not for everyone. I have a large wrist and their xl bands are still to tight! But boy the quality is amazing! Will most certainly going to keep an eye out if they get larger sizes.”
