“the wrist sizing is a bit off, and the band is not comfortable to wear due to this. I bought one on clearance though, so no returns/exchange. I will try one size up next time I can afford one and see if that is better. Love the quality of the band tho!”
“I was disappointed on how bulky the clip was on this band. I wanted to return it but when I did the process I was only getting 1/2 of what I bought it for back. Kind of not worth the hassle of it all which was also disappointing Unfortunately I wont be ordering another band from here”

Our bands are usually tight at first but eventually will adjust to your wrist. If it's become too loose, it means the size is too big for you.

“While I admire the quality of your product, the sizing method is lacking. I’m on the second set of bands and the small is still too small. I used the sizing method from the website but they are still too small.”
“I received the wrong band twice. Twice I was told something like “it’s the right sku but the wrong product”. To the end customer, when you order one thing and get another, it doesn’t matter why it’s wrong. While they were quick to remedy the first time, I got the wrong band once again. They said they would speak to the warehouse, but I haven’t heard back on the final resolution. The responses from Support were tedious and difficult. The two stars are for the quality of product, not the organization of merchandise or service.”
“Unfortunately my wrist is too small, it would have been great if there were some half links provided. It was either too small or too big. Also need to work on the dye for the black band, it dyed my fingers and wrist while removing and adding links. I can’t imagine if I had worn it all day while hot outside.”
“Unfortunately the band stretches out quickly and the watch/band hangs loosely on your wrist. The company did replace the band but charges you a replacement fee. I probably wont buy again.”
