“Elastic bands will stretch (at least the thin one.) Had purchased a smaller size but it was tight so I exchanged for the next size, which is now too loose. Also, beware if you receive a gift card instead of payment method for a return, you won't receive the gift card amount back if you have to do another exchange/return. (Not sure if that makes sense but just get the money back in the original payment method.)”
“I purchased the slim imperium loop bands in two colors. They have a lifetime warranty so I felt reassured. Within months they had stretched out to the point that the watch would swirl around and didn’t maintain contact with my wrist (required password, didn’t share messages, etc). I contacted the company and they told me to wash in hot to shrink it, but that only lasted a week. I submitted a warranty claim and paid my $8 shipping, but noticed they now have a band that can be tightened - likely in response to significant warranty claims for stretching. I was not allowed to pay the difference to upgrade so every few months I’ll need to pay $8 shipping to replace the defective bands. Gotta say that if I have to buy new bands, I’ll look at other brands because allowing me to pay for the upgrade was a good compromise in my opinion and they didn’t agree. Three stars because they look great until they stretch out.”
“Love Solace bands. Have ordered several times in past and recommended to several. Always experienced amazing service and quick receipt of product. Up until this last order, took 2.5 weeks to receive and when received some of the items were incorrect. Customer Service was good as always and they made it right but took another couple of weeks to resolve matter. They need to fix what changed over past or they’re going to loose service. I know I will think before we order again and will definitely forewarn when I recommend. Product and service good but expect to wait and have to follow up.”
“I purchased a small and it was extremely small but when I exchanged for a medium it was way too large. Either they are not marked correctly or their sizing is way off. I used their tool online and fell between a small and x-small so I purchased a small.”
“I love the look of the bracelet but it runs VERY small, to the point it’s uncomfortable. I bought the size small because I have a very small wrist and hand and most bracelets and bangles just fall off. But this bracelet is painfully small…I can’t wear it”

“I love the V2 bands but hate how much they stretch. I now have to buy them a size too small and they are tight for a month before they become comfortable. I can't wear any of the right-size bands for more than a month or two before they become too lose for my Apple Watch sensors to operate properly. BUT, even so, these are still the most comfortable bands I've found. I have sensitive skin and Solace has elminated the rashes and irritation i'd get from silicone.”
“Over all seem good quality and got a really good deal on them but i have thick wrists and both of the necks that i ordered are too small. The band that i really like, i decided to keep for special occasions but way too small for every day wear. The other band i got as a free mystery band, also too small but not worth returning as i got it for free.”

“I ordered 3 bands, 2 for me and 1 for my husband. The imperium and slim imperium are great. The nova is very heavy and clunky and the colors are not anything I would wear. I first ordered the gold and it is very cheesy looking in addition to being heavy and clunky. They graciously allowed me to exchange it for a black one as I thought that might be better. It is not! Now, I’m not eligible for an exchange! I guess I’m stuck with it! Be careful, the pictures on their website are deceiving.”
“The quality seems decent but the color is not what I expected. The picture looked like a dark pink but when I received it was more like a coral color which doesn’t match much of what I own.”
“I love Solace bands in theory, I unfortunately fall in between their sizes. The XS is too tight and the S is too loose. The S in the adjustable band is too loose on the tightest setting. 🙁 They look nice on and are comfortable, just too big for me.”

The smallest XS band is still a bit loose and jiggles a bit when I run. That’s not ideal for an exercise band (I am petite but not skinny and I did measure me wrist before I ordered).
The aluminum connection to the watch can be a bit sharp.”
“I like the designs of the bands but they don’t fit me well. The small bands are too big but the XS bands squeeze my wrist. Future purchases will be adjustable bands only.”
