“After adjusting the sizing I inadvertently added back the wrong side. Customer service noticed my error and pointed it out to me. Quick response in noticing the picture. Felt foolish but they were very responsive and I appreciate that.”

“I was disappointed with my bands. I ordered three and chose "gold" hardware for all of them. I received the bands and the actual bands are perfect but the hardware is definitely not gold. It is more of a rose gold. That does change the whole look of them and will truly affect how often I wear them as I do not wear a lot of rose gold.”

“I purchased three bands during the buy two get one free deal. Two of the three are great. The third one was a beige Imperium V2 Loop. I put it on once and it separated from the insert the first time I wore it. You sent a replacement and it separated the second day of use. The blue Imperium V2 Loop has been fine. The bands that have not separated have been great.”
