I ordered the loop style because regular silicone bands with the metal button were really irritating my skin and causing an actual round lesion on my wrist that took time to heal. I literally stopped wearing my watch because it was so uncomfortable. “After trying many watch bands this is by far the most comfortable. It is extremely easy to adjust and I have had some bands that you could tell you were wearing or some part of it rubbed on my wrist. This band does neither, very easy to change between bands when you want to wear another color. It is so light and comfortable, I may have to get every color!”

“I was sent a band that did not look like the band I ordered. Spoke with Rea in customer service who said she would send a replacement band and then came back and said that the correct band was sent actually. After sending her a picture of what the band was supposed to look like she said the company changed the band design & the website does not reflect it.
I’m angry because this was not my mistake to fix and on top of that Rea did nothing to make this right for me.
