“I've worn the band for only a few days but it's already so stretched out that my watch just flops around. This is a very low quality band. My first band was way bigger than expected, and the band a size down is already too big from being stretched when removing it from my hand. Terrible product”

Hi Antonio, We're sorry to hear that. Our bands are usually tight at first but eventually will adjust to your wrist. If it's become too loose, it means the size is too big for you. “I ordered an Imperium Loop elastic band and it came apart at the watch connection within 24 hours after I got it. I emailed customer service and asked for a refund but they insisted on shipping me a new band instead. I’ll see how the replacement band works out, but I’m thinking this is a not a great watchband.”
“Band broke when I put it on. Replied to the email they sent saying they would fix any issues, no one replied. Sent 2 more emails, no one responded. Now trying to send the band back but it's not refunding the amount I spent, they are charging me to send back a diffective product. Steer way clear of this brand, not worth it. Poor quality, poor customer service.”

“I used the sizing tool and was between a M and L. So, I ordered a M thinking that would be snug and helpful for workouts, especially running. The band is narrower than I would like, especially for an Apple Watch Ultra. The band fits too loosely for workouts and the resulting heart rate data is poor and likely incorrect. I think the quality of the band is good, but I can't see myself using it. I've already discontinued using it after a few days.”
