“The bands are good quality, but a bit smaller than they seemed like they would be, according to the sizing tool you can print off. The first bands I got were way too small, but I was able to easily exchange them for a larger size, which was nice.”
“The band is nice and fits well. Went with a medium size. Pay attention to what goes into your cart though, I ordered the same type of band but in two different colors, so I thought. I got two of the same colors. My fault but do caution pay close attention in case it defaults to the first color picked picked if ordering same style of band.”
“I give you a 4 star because at least you tried to make my bands fit. I originally ordered large, one band the light green fit, the others were too large, you sent mediums and this time 2 of the 3 fit. All of the bands are I ordered were made of different elasticity which made them all fit differently. I will make the none fitting available to friends and family.”
“The band is very nice-the process of using the removal tool was not easy. The instructions said to look on the bottom of the band for indicators of screw removal direction-this band didn’t have them or they were so mixed in with the pattern, I couldn’t tell. I had to use trial and error and it took 4 hours to remove 2 links and put the rest back together !”
“5 stars for the price, and the look. They look very good dressed up or down. Customer service helpful in exchanging one of my bands that lost a pin when I was trying to adjust the length. That was time consuming and didn’t come with a manual. Otherwise it would be 5 stars all around (just difficult for me adjusting the bands). I bought 3, black, white and navy.”
“Very comfy band and the staff was super helpful and prompt when contacted for a mistake I made in my order. My only minor complaint is that the pins are a little too thin/short for the Garmin Forerunner I have and it's come undone a few times. It's very quick and easy to put back together so it's only a small annoyance.”
“I had to take a while before writing this review because my first set I ordered were too big so I could not get a sense of the items. I will say customer service was amazing with allowing me to select the correct sizing. That being said, the different materials are not really the same size. So the braided material (imperium) fits more secure than the other material (the Paladin).”
“The quality of these bands is very good...a tighter weave than similar Apple woven bands. Nice colors and a really good build quality. The only issue is with the band sizing...each size covers 3 Apple band sizes, so there is a chance a band could be tight or loose on your wrist. I wear a size 7 Apple band and the Solace medium band supposedly covers Apple bands sizes 6, 7 or 8. The medium sized Solace band is very tight on my wrist...a medium would be unwearable for an Apple band sized 8 band user. Overall, a nice product for a great price.”
“I’m new to Solace watch band… bought 3 for my Apple Watch, the sizing is funky! I sized as XS using the measuring guide, but when they arrived they were uncomfortably tight so I swapped out for S. Much better! Also ended up with a M which didn’t fit too badly either…
The colours are lovely but where’s the Barbie pink imperium band?”
“Customer service is awesome!!! Ordered three and they were all too small. They were replaced quickly with no hassle! Happy with the bands. Only small issue is that the are all the same size but fit a little different. I have small wrists so probably notice the difference more because of that.”
“I wear an apple size 1 so I ordered size xs. The xs is a bit more snug. Still feels nice. I like the color and it feels so light I hardly notice it is on.”
