“Love these bands. I purchased 3 bands, two in size small and one adjustable. The adjustable band was great. Comfortable and secure. But I found the small bands a little tight. I have a 6 1/4 inch wrist. I emailed customer service. They responded by email within hours and send out new bands. I was impressed by their desire to make sure I was satisfied with my purchase. The replacement bands are perfect! Their customer service is a rare find. Will definitely purcase more in the future.”

“I rather purchase my watch bands from Apple! They stretch in them pinches my skin. The can is too small and the small are too large! I hate how they don’t slide into the watch itself. It’s an aggravating process all together. I would rather spend a little more on Apple bands so I know they fit well.”

Unfortunately, the first one was lost in shipping, so I appreciate that when I reached out to Solace, they put a second one in the mail, though it was almost a month between when I ordered it and when it finally arrived. “Comfortable soft material. Gets dirty easily and I often find the strap has come off the magnet and is just hanging without realizing it. I would not purchase again for the price. Also the magnet base has started to rust a tiny bit (probably from washing hands and the strap getting wet)”
