“I received my correct order very quickly. The tool and included directions made adjusting the size a very simple process. These are by far the most stylish watch bands that I’ve ever seen. They are also very comfortable, and simple to get on/off. Three friends ordered themselves a Solace band as soon as they checked out mine.”
“The band is nice and fits well. Went with a medium size. Pay attention to what goes into your cart though, I ordered the same type of band but in two different colors, so I thought. I got two of the same colors. My fault but do caution pay close attention in case it defaults to the first color picked picked if ordering same style of band.”
“I’m disappointed in my watchband that I bought. I’ve bought numerous solace bands but for some reason the grey border separated from the black portion of the watch band that I bought in a previous order. This had never happened before???? 🤷🏼”
“I give you a 4 star because at least you tried to make my bands fit. I originally ordered large, one band the light green fit, the others were too large, you sent mediums and this time 2 of the 3 fit. All of the bands are I ordered were made of different elasticity which made them all fit differently. I will make the none fitting available to friends and family.”
“The band is very nice-the process of using the removal tool was not easy. The instructions said to look on the bottom of the band for indicators of screw removal direction-this band didn’t have them or they were so mixed in with the pattern, I couldn’t tell. I had to use trial and error and it took 4 hours to remove 2 links and put the rest back together !”
“I am really liking my Solace band! It's comfortable, breathable, and looks cool. It's washable and the material is so durable too. I am a hairdresser and in water all day. The band is great! Highly recommend.”
Our bands may seem tight at first, but the band will eventually adjust to your wrist. But if it's really uncomfortable to wear, you can return it for an exchange.
“Beautiful band BUT I would suggest not using the current delivery service and rethink the packaging. I paid extra to expedite my band and only just got it. The first one came late and the package was destroyed. CS had me send them one AND THEN I had a new one sent to me. By that time the one I bought was no longer in stock. The second one came and only minor damage to package. Box was not save able but the band was ok. I wouldn’t buy again until they change both shipping and packaging. Also you can’t pick the button you want on the survey it automatically puts in ‘as expected’ and you cannot adjust it.”
