When I got my smaller band, it fit way too tight, and I felt like there should be a size in between the two sizes I tried. Eventually it stretched out to a comfortable fit, but now, almost 4 months later, it is too stretched out and my watch band slides up and down my wrist. So take that into account when getting a non-adjustable band.”

Hi Lindsay, For the Nova band, did you try using the extra metal insert pieces that came with the tool? There are longer pieces that can be screwed in that should allow you to push the pins all the way out.
“I ordered a small and it was too small. I requested an exchange for a medium. The customer service was fantastic! I love the band. For me the measurement process didn't give me the best size. Solace was great to correct it.”
