I have a pretty small wrist so part of the issue could be how the band feels and sits once I remove 3-4 links, but I also was hoping the clasp would be metal/better quality but it seems plastic-y. “It took two exchanges to get the correct size but once I did it’s a nice product. The size measurement printout measured me right on the line between xs and small, since it recommended to size down in that case I did but in the end I ended up needing a medium.(I followed directions on it using a card to be sure it printed proper size and everything)”
