“Great customer service I got an order of bands that was too small. I called for an exchange and they told me to keep them and give them to someone that would wear them cause I don’t want to cause all the shipping it wouldn’t be green.”
“I ordered an Imperium Loop elastic band and it came apart at the watch connection within 24 hours after I got it. I emailed customer service and asked for a refund but they insisted on shipping me a new band instead. I’ll see how the replacement band works out, but I’m thinking this is a not a great watchband.”
