While this is very generous, now I have three unopened, never used bands that they claim is in the name of sustainability. In particular, I'm also really satisfied with the exchange and return process. The woven bands stretched a little after normal use (~1/4-1/2"), so I opted to go for the next size down for a more snug fit. The exchange process was quick and very straightforward!”

Our bands are usually tight at first but eventually will adjust to your wrist. If it's become too loose, it means the size is too big for you.
