“I was excited to try these bands but was a little disappointed. The quality was just ok and not worth the premium price. The band didn’t live up to my expectations. I can’t remove the band without it slipping. So being able to put it on and off easily didn’t happen. I have to use the clasp.”
“I love the band that has a snap and closes it is wonderful! The one that just slides and adjust doesn’t hold and keeps moving and doesn’t keep it’s position. So I would say solace bands are wonderful depending on which one you buy.”
“overall they are pretty good bands Unfortunately, the "mystery band" was for an Apple watch. I have a Samsung, so it was of no use to me. I wrote to support, and all they had to say was sorry, it's only for Apple watches. That does me a lot of good. So maybe when you folks start making more bands for Android watches, let me know.”
“The new band seemed nice, not super stretchy. I followed the instructions when ordering to go smaller because I was in between sizes. Do not do that. It is so hard to get on and hurts to wear, it is too tight. They say they do not take returns for choosing the wrong size, so I guess I will try to sell it.”
“I ordered a XS band after using the template they give online to measure my wrist. It was too small so I returned it and the company sent a size small per my request. It fits but is snug but now is pulling away from the edge of the band that connects to my watch after less than two weeks of use so I’ll have to return it again.”
“The concept is great,however , I had 2 imperial bands and they both broke after less than a week of use. Customer service was great but I’m not wasting my time or money on a flawed product.”
“I bought 3 bands and the sizes are not right I got med. and sent them back for the Lg. but they are still to tight. so I got the one that 1 size fits all but if you hit the band just a little it comes louse i'm not sure what to do I spent over $80.00 so it's very disappointing”

“I wanted a band for my Apple watch that was stretchy and didn't have a buckle. I ordered the narrower version of the stretch mesh band, choosing the xs size based on using the measuring tool exactly as directed. The size was way too tight, as others have also reported, and in putting it on the band broke at one end. I emailed the company with photos and they replaced the band with size small, but did not replace the 2 free extra bands that were also the wrong size. The small band is tight but acceptable. It works well in the pool, drying quickly. Since i thought I was getting the extra free bands I looked at the price as great for 3, but since the free bands weren't replaced the cost of 1 band was slightly high.”
“I wish there were half links to take out. It was however very nice that I got two free bands with my order. Unfortunately, the two free bands were exactly the same.”
“I ordered a size too big and the exchange was very easy. Replacement came very quickly. I will probably get an adjustment band if I order again bc it tends to move around my wrist a little more than I’d like. Makes it hard to feel alerts it’s too loose. But overall satisfied. Also I received a mystery band but didn’t get another one when I got my replacement band.”

“These are beautiful looking bands. However, I have struggled with the fit. I used the band measurement tool, but the first band was just too tight. Solace was great and sent a replacement that was the next size up, but it is still too tight. I would give Solace 5+ stars for their customer service, but I’m not wearing it because they just don’t fit me right. That said, I would still recommend them.”
