“The apartment was fine but we couldn't use one of the showers as it was hanging off the wall. We had to therefore use the ensuite bathroom which flooded when used so 3 adults and a child had to take it in turns to use it at very low pressure and facing the jet against the wall. This was not only inconvenient and time consuming but not what we paid for. We specifically picked this appartment for its 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, which was reflected in the price. We asked for some financial recompense for the inconvenience and were told that this wasn't possible but that we could have 10% discount on a second visit. This is not acceptable customer service and we will certainly not be returning. Rachel Fisher and family.”

“An excellent apartment right in the centre of Malaga. Everything you need is in the apartment, great outside space including jacuzzi. It would be a nice touch if a welcome pack of water juice bread etc could be included in the high rental cost. I would also recommend Solaga informed clients about the huge amount of noisy construction and road improvement work going on from 7.30 am daily. This is clearly a long term project which restricted our use of the terrace during these days......”

“What I appreciated most about this rental booking was tha the agent was at the property when we arrived and arrived just on time when we departed. I also liked the cash security deposit, at first I thought a credit card deposit was much better but in our Madrid rental we ended up losing money on the currency rate! The cash deposit ensures you get all your money back. Now the unit. It's a nice 3 bedroom with two baths with a fairly well equipped kitchen. But.... there is one AC in the living room to cool the entire apartment. It was hot! Way too hot! I slept on the couch the first night as we tried to get the unit to cool down. You also need to close all the shutters to help with the cooling down, they are manual not automatic. You also need to keep checking the large pot on the balcony which contains the water from the running AC. The pot is heavy and once it is filled with water it is super heavy. Also the apartment was fairly clean but the floor was really bad, seriously needed a mopping. The balcony was a nice place to chill out at night with lots of activity going on. The location is good for restaurants/shopping and a little far for the beach. The building was nice and quite - only ran into a few people in the building who were very nice.”

“We wanted an apartment with a sun terrace where we could enjoy the sun all day. Well we were not disappointed, the terrace was great, sun loungers, table and chairs suitable for dining alfresco. There is a retractable canopy should you wish to hide in the shade from the sun, all of this with a view over the city to the cathedral. The apartment itself is modern, well appointed with a well equipped kitchen , with seating, table and chairs, AC and TV as well as Wifi. The Solaga staff were very helpfull , at check in to check out, and taxi transfer.”

“The apartment was basic but clean. The negative aspects were that the air conditioning was poor and only in the living room. It was very hot in all other parts. Also the sofa only sat three people so there wasn't enough seating to relax together.”

“My family and i stayed at one the units managed by Solaga in Malaga (#18 Sebastian Souviron), a brand new 2 bedroom 2 bath with lift, central Air conditioning, sufficiently large showers and garage, plus complete kitchen and well decorated Apt, at the center of Malaga, and honestly i have nothing but admiration for the way Solaga staff run their units, our luck was to have Esme as our greeting agent, a very fun and accommodating individual. and thanks to Stephen for everything.”

“Nice apartment in the old city centre of Malaga with the restaurants, bars, museums and sea all nearby. Smooth key pick up from the owner, Piotr and a brief lesson in TV use etc (perfect for us!). Lovely roof terrace for breakfast and the evenings or for serious sun in the middle of the day and drying the washing. Reallypractical and well equipped kitchen - a boon for us with the pleasures of Malaga market 10 minutes away. This was a city break and the feria was taking place so we did not expect a quiet time (particularly at night) but it was more peaceful than we expected. When there was a minor problem Piotr was easy to contact and came immediately to sort it out. Hard pressed to think of any negatives but perhaps one slight quibble was the bedding which was clean and practical but slightly eccentric - eg a duvet cover instead of a top sheet. All good.”

“My wife and 2 daughters stayed at the Raquel apartment. The apartment consisted of 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. The apartment is in excellent condition with light and airy finish. The furnishings were 1st class. The apartment had floor to ceiling windows in the lounge and bedrooms which added to light to the apartment. The air conditioning was a real bonus which made our stay really comfortable. The apartment is located in the old part of the city which made it an ideal location to explore the wonferful city of Malaga. All in all a five star experience at this apartment. A big thanks to Henrik and his staff for thier efficency and customer service.”

“The Epoca apartment was the place to be for in the middle of the old centre of Malaga. The apartment was smalle but everything we needed was there, including wifi and airco. Pjort is a very helpfull friendly man who explaned and showed us around. The terras had a great view at the city and the tower of San Juan. One little problem. The two-person bed was to smalle for my tall husband.”

“Fantastic apartment right in the heart of the historic centre. Everywhere accessible by foot...beach, shopping, market, harbour, castle, cathedral, Picasso Museum. Restaurants/bars in abundance! Apartment had everything you need and more...2 bathrooms an added bonus considering there was only 2of us. 60 stairs to climb!! Not for the unfit on a hot day but good exercise!! Will definitely be back with Solaga again and recommend to anyone visiting Malaga.”
