“It is just so simple booking an apartment with Solaga! They have such a wide choice to suit all requirements. We rented 'Mercedes' this year and were well pleased with it. Location, views, amenities in the apartment, everything was perfect. Galen arrived to give us the keys on our first day. He explained everything. Not just about the apartment but the various amenities nearby and in Malaga in general. We stay in Malaga every year but he introduced us to things we didn't know about the city. At the end of the stay, handover was so simple. We wouldn't use anyone else but Solaga for our Malaga stay!!”

“We had a great stay in this excellent apartment. The location was good and the apartment was well equipment and spacious. It has two great terraces to catch the afternoon and late evening sun. The meet and greet was waiting for us on arrival from the airport and gave us all details of the apartment and some information about Malaga. I would definitely recommend this apartment and would stay here again without doubt. Solaga are a company I would definitely use again.”

“We stayed in the Adelmar apartment for 6 nights. The apartment was exactly as advertised: modern, spacious and well equipped. The building and apartment were both very clean and well maintained. Also, it was in a great location with a 5 minute walk to the center of Malaga. The staff were very professional, friendly and were happy to share their local information on were to eat, visit, etc. I would highly recommend Solaga to family and friends and would definitely use them again.”

Dear Marius, Thank you for your comments. It is vital for us to receive feedback, be it of positive or negative nature, as it helps us improve our service levels and guest satisfaction. Having said that, I am a little bit surprised by some of your comments as none of those matters were raised during check-out when I personally asked you if everything was fine during your stay. This could have allowed me to explain in person some of the points raised and maybe dissipate any misunderstanding. Please allow me to answer to the points raised: Towels/linen: unlike hotels, towels and linen are not changed throughout the stay in self-catering apartments. The same goes for cleaning of the premises. This is why self-catering apartments feature a washing machine and dryer which are at your disposal during your stay. Alternatively, you can request extra towels / linen simply by contacting us during your stay. The same goes for extra cleaning. We can offer extra cleaning upon request. This is a standard procedure in the holiday rental industry. Hot water: please allow me to correct you when you state that this apartment has a small capacity boiler as this is not the case. There is no boiler, therefore there is an unlimited amount of hot water, regardless of the number of people who shower. The problem is that the butane cylinder ran out during your stay and simply needed to be changed. As you have noticed, there is always one extra canister on the balcony so we can simply switch to a full one when one becomes empty. Unfortunately, city gas is not available everywhere in the city and many apartments still rely on using butane cylinders. Naturally, we do not expect you to change the cylinder yourself if you are not used to it and can always send a member of our team to do that for you. As for the poor administration/management of the property, we naturally respect your personal opinion. 79% of our guests who have taken a survey class our services as 5-star, and 17% as 4-star. This would indicate that while there is always room for improvement, an immense majority of our guests are very satisfied with our services. Naturally, we will take your comments on board as constructive criticism and will review areas where we can improve. We hope that these experiences have not marred your stay and that you enjoyed your stay in Malaga. Kind regards, SOLAGA

“We are happy that we have chose sologa as our"home" during the 4 days in Malaga. The staffs that we have met are so sweet and the place that we were living is also wonderful. It is in the centre of Malaga. I would like say it is a great choice for the big family like us whom have three kids, free and big enough space, convient transportation and so on.”

“Apartment was great - location good and standard was high. Communication in advance was good and Solaga were really helpful before and during our stay. Check in arrangements and check out arrangements were quick and efficient. Above all we were made to feel welcome and that Solaga really wanted to ensure they did what they could to make sure we enjoyed our holiday - which we did!”

“Perfect organised, both in the period before our arrival and during our stay in Malaga. Friendly people and appartment as promised on the website. Our only advise to further improve the experience in Malaga is to arrange a place in or close to the appartment where you can put bicycles during the night. Using a bicycle can make the range of things to see and experience bigger and the climate to do so is always good.”
