“L'appartement est très calme et très bien situé. La terrasse est grande et idéale pour se reposer ou diner. Super d'avoir une bibliothèque et plein de livre en français. Pour ce qui est de l'appartement lui-même, la cuisine est bien équipée cependant le lave vaisselle n'a pas fonctionné dés la première utilisation et indiquait un message d'erreur. Bien que nous ayons contacté l' agence, nous sommes restés 15 jours sans jamais l'utiliser alors que l'on nous avait indiqué qu'un technicien passerait.... Concernant la TV, il n'y a aucune chaine francaise car la TNT n'est pas passée en HD et il n'est pas possible de bouger le bras de la TV sans provoquer des crépitements. Cela peut se révéler dangereux... Dans la chambre à 2 lits simples, un matelas est beaucoup trop mou et le sommier grince toute la nuit à chaque mouvement. C'est appartement est agréable mais mériterait davantage de confort pour être parfait.”

“Very nice apartment located very central in the old part of Malaga City. Only about 10 minutes walk from harbor and the beach - and only about 5 minutes to the main shopping street and a lot of restaurants and cafe's. The sleeping rooms on first floor can be very warm because the aircon is located in a small room that connects to the sleeping rooms. Otherwise the apartment has all you needs.”

“Small but perfectly formed. This is a fantastic apartment with possibly the best view in Malaga! Spotlessly clean with everything you need for a perfect holiday stay. Within walking distance to beach, port and central Malaga! Susanna is a lovely lady, very welcoming and nothing was too much bother. Definitely will return in the future.”

“We stayed in the Maria apartment in Malaga, it was very nice, however I found the seating in the apartment was not very comfortable. Especially the couch which was also stained. The sunbeds, need cushions, as they are also hard to relax on. However I would stay at the apartment again, it just needs a bit of updating. Staff were helpful. Thanks John”

“Allt var jättebra både läget och lägenheten. Modern lägenhet med alla bekvämligheter som hushållsmaskiner, diskmaskin, tvättmaskin och mixer m. m. Trevlig och hjälpsam personal. Läget perfekt mitt i gamla stan. Det enda vi saknade var att terassen inte hade någon utsikt.”

“Very good service and a warm welcome. Apartment had plus points and minuses. Location was perfect. Great views. Kitchen and bathrooms finished well with adequate services/utensils. Roof terrace well furnished. Negative points were beds were very uncomfortable, inadequate furniture in bedroom e.g. dressing table, chest of drawers would have been useful, also difficult to navigate around bed due to narrow room - could this be reconfigured?”

“The apartment was beautiful, centrally-located and everything we could have wanted in our visit to Malaga. We rented a car so that we could travel to nearby cities and towns, which meant having an assigned spot in the garage below the building was very convenient. Upon arrival, I was a bit turned around due to construction blocking the suggested route to the apartment. The individual meeting me was very accommodating and walked to to where I was pulled over and ensured I made it to the apartment okay. My interactions with the team were all very pleasant and friendly but they mostly left us to enjoy the beautiful apartment. The building has been completely redone recently which means that everything feels brand new. The air conditioner worked very well to keep us cool, which is a must in summer in Malaga. Also, while the location was very close to old city Malaga, we were just far enough away to not have to deal with noise at night, which was a problem at other apartments I've stayed at in Malaga before. We had such a great experience that when we return to Malaga we will likely stay in the same apartment.”

“We have stayed in apartments across Spain over the last 10 years and always had air con. This time we took a chance and got caught out as our holiday fell in a hot, humid spell when it was difficult to sleep with just fans in the bedroom. Our mistake! The apartment was adequate. The living areas were smart and clean, but the apartment was let down by the bathroom. The bathroom was dated, one of the shower heads didn't work and tiles were off the wall near the sink. The terrace was great, both for sunbathing and eating. Overall, a really great location but the apartment needs a little money spending on it.”

“We have just spent an excellent holiday in apartment Casilari, which was very well equipped. Great location , next to beach & a few local restaurants & bars on doorstep. Five minute walk to Muelle Uno & 20 minutes to old town.”

“The apartment is well appointed and in good order and condition. It is located downtown in the historic center which is perfect to go clubbing. Certainly it can be a little bit noisy at night.”
