“Very efficient service. Prompt replies to correspondence. Accommodation was first class. Pleasant member of staff met us on arrival and explained everything to us about the accommodation and local services. It was our second time using solaga in Malaga and we would certainly use them again and would recommend them to others”

“Our apartment was right in the center of Malaga, everything on walking distance. It was clean, luxurious, and we loved the big jacuzzi on the balcony! Excellent communication before arrival. Definitely a place to come back to!”

“very nice staff all with excellent English who went above and beyond. One of our party fell ill and they sorted out where we should go for a doctor. Flat was also excellent.”

“The whole process from booking, key pick up to key drop off was easy. The apartment was amazing with fantastic views, and walking distance to the city centre and marina. The amenities in the apartment were very good and the beds extremely comfortable. We would recommend Solaga to friends and family.”

“We were very impressed with the service from Solaga. They were quick to reply to e- mails & while in Malaga you knew you could ring them at anytime. Their taxi service is excellent, always prompt and pleasant driver. This is the third time that we have used them & we will certainly use them again.”

“Cancellation successful BUT attempt to obtain refund of 175 Euros made for reservation over 90 days away was denied emphatically. Use Extreme caution dealing with Solaga. They have policy that is unrealistic and confiscatory. I have cancelled several other arrangements for this journey that resulted in full refund with NO questions. WAKE UP SOLAGA. You want more business? This is not a way to establish customer satisfaction.”

Hi Steve, We are sorry to hear that you feel this way. Our terms and conditions, which you agreed to at the time of booking, do clearly state that the deposit is non-refundable in case of a cancellation. As a gesture of goodwill, we did offer you to keep the deposit as a credit towards a future booking but unfortunately you decided not to take up our offer. With all due respect Steve, our policy is not "unrealistic"; it is very similar (and often more flexible) to any other company in the industry. Customer satisfaction is paramount to us. We think this is reflected in the fact that 96% of our clients have rated us as either 5* (78%) or 4* (17%) We sincerely hope that you will try us again in the future. SOLAGA

“We have just returned from our 3rd holiday with Solaga . We stayed in apartment Susana, perfect for 2, clean & comfortable & views to die for. Solaga are brilliant to deal with, prompt replies, & very efficient on arrival. We will certainly use them again.”

“All email communication was answered promptly. Staff very friendly. Booking was easy. Meet and great superb. Met us on time and gave us lots of useful information.
