Avoid avoid avoid. I have never received any light bulbs after 2 years and numerous phone calls. Refund what a joke!!! I was owed £129 in credit!! 3 phone calls and 4 weeks later,u guessed it nothing. I am still trying to get my over payment back. Like many other people I would give a zero rating if possible

Everything that is stated in previous reviews are quite correct I have been trying to get a substantial refund from them for 5 months, first my meter readings are not up to date (given readings on numerous occasions) then they say they have not received them.
