“I looked everywhere for a pair of Nike Air Zoom Pegasus 41 Women's in Black/Pink Foam/Jade Horizon. They were either out of stock or the wait time for purchasing online through Nike was 7-10 days. After a lengthy online search, I finally identified a pair at Sole Motive. Sole Motive had an active promo/discount-code and charged no fee for express postage. I received my new runners within two business days! I would definitely recommend Sole Motive.”

“Very poor customer service, I’m engaged in an ongoing dispute with them regarding them refusing to allow me to return an item that didn’t match its description and representations made on the website.
I’ve even been advised that they maybe in breach of Australian Consumer Law over this.
For these reasons I can’t recommend them at the moment. I’m hoping for a swift resolution but their customer service seems really poor.
I’d seriously consider this before you buy any shoes from them, especially if it’s a distance purchase, I.e. online. There are plenty of reputable running stores that play by the letter of the law”
