“Very poor customer service, I’m engaged in an ongoing dispute with them regarding them refusing to allow me to return an item that didn’t match its description and representations made on the website.
I’ve even been advised that they maybe in breach of Australian Consumer Law over this.
For these reasons I can’t recommend them at the moment. I’m hoping for a swift resolution but their customer service seems really poor.
I’d seriously consider this before you buy any shoes from them, especially if it’s a distance purchase, I.e. online. There are plenty of reputable running stores that play by the letter of the law”
“Sole Motive I was disappointed unforunately as I had ordered a 2XU half zip two plus weeks out from going on a hike and hoping to wear it. I only found out after at least a week or more had passed that the stock was then found not available to send me and said it would take up to 10 days to refund. “Received the wrong shoes to the ones I thought I ordered. In the order summary the image shows the colour I chose, how ever the colour description seems like the colour shoe I received. Very unhappy with the service as I didn’t realise on the colour mis match until after I wore the shoes so cannot return.”
“Rubbish service
I fitted shoes in store and asked for a black pair, was told they would be posted, no advice after 2 weeks as to where they are at. I called and asked what’s going on and the guy said he would follow up and get back to me, a week later still nothing.
I feel that my $ were taken and ‘cya later bloke’ attitude.
Very unhappy, entirely because no comms about where my shoes are at.

“Made an online order based on the shipping information on their website that all orders are shipped within 24 hours by express post. They did not post my order for seven days, and I ended up picking up my order from the store on Day 8. Pretty poor.”
