“Back again ! Have been here many times over the years for lighting / ornaments , anything that catches my eye. As usual brilliant service today. It's lovely to be approached / acknowledged when you walk in but you are then left to 'mooch' at your leisure. But staff always at hand to offer advice & knowledge. Thanks again”

“Placed an order for 4 downlights, website stated would be delivered in 2-7 days. They contacted me to say it wouldn’t be available for over two months! Asked to change my order but never received any response and didnt process refund. Looks like a scam company so I would avoid ordering through them. Having to wait for PayPal to process the chargeback as they do not respond.”
