“Just received 3 wall lanterns which was supposed to be black .looked black on web site and on two of boxes they arrived in only to find they are green .? No colour stated on site but asked for black , arrived very quickly”

“The ease of use of the website was good. The ordering and payment were also easy. However 5 days later and I have not received the lamp I ordered and have no idea when to expect it. VERY disappointing.”

“Considering I have already paid for the lampshdes(statement received yesterday) and have not received notification that they are on their way, and therefore you have taken payment without goods.......I am not impressed.”
