“Lovely display in the shop of which we are long term customers. Products always excellent as is the service, communications and delivery times and value for money. Purchased 2 lights and fell in love with an elephant table stand. Excellent service and communications from Siobhan who was extremely helpful throughout. “I purcjhased a sculpture which arrived slightly damaged and suspect it happened at the manufcaturers operations rather then the retailer. Solihull investigated quickly and offered me either a replacement or discount . The service and communication was very good and i would certaintly recommend them.”

“I had to chase up my order. I was told it would be in the shop by the end of the week and had ring the following week and the shop had to chase the order. Also the instructions were not clear as to put the lamp together so I had to go back to the shop and get someone to fix it. Rachael was very helpful and said they had asked the manufacturer to put better instructions and she did it for me, my old hands couldn’t have done it.”

“The staff where friendly and helpful the light fitment I required was not in the showroom but Ryan sorted it out for me on the shops website and it was ordered and was ready to pick up within 5 days excellent service .”

“Wall lights nearly half the price of other companies. Saved over £100. Cracked glass shade replaced within a week. Easy to correspond with and Rachel responded promptly to arrange replacement. Will use again in future and already recommended to friends.”
