“Even though I had an issue with my lenses it was not due to the quality of the lenses and they have sent a replacement pair at no charge, even payed the shipping cost to me in Australia. Postage was only five days to Australia which under the present circumstances with COVID and the problems with shipping these days it was just great. The staff are amazing to communicate with and they turned what was a dissapointing experience into a very pleasant one. I have recommended them to friends because I am so impressed.”

“Your delivery system is excellent and quick. I do have a quick complaint, your contacts are not very comfortable, they rub on my eyes making them uncomfortable. I cannot see very good with the prescription you sent me. I normally wear Air Optix and I see fine with the same prescription I sent you, but with what was sent to me I see blurry with your contacts. Are you sure the prescription is the same as in the US? Otherwise the contacts are beautiful if only I could see with them!!!”
