“Main problem is dispenser pump. It works sporadically. Usually I just get noise that sounds like the the cream is coming out but nothing is dispensed. If I pound on the bottom of the dispenser, I can get some cream to come out but not always. So for the cream itself, I haven’t been able to use it enough to see if it works or not. I’m getting thinking about requesting a refund since I can’t even try the cream.”

“Not happy at all. I am 66 years old and on a fixed income. I was trying to get the 25% discount, which I found very confusing, but eventually figured it out. I declined when I found out I had to sign up for Shopify, and settled for the 10% discount. If you offer a 25% discount it should apply to everyone, no strings attached.”

“I like the cream but not the new packaging. I don't like the push top that dispenses only a small amount of cream. I want to be able to scoop out the amount of cream I want and to get the last bits when the jar is almost empty. The push top prevents that. If I had known the product came in this packaging I would not have bought it.”

“I've been using this product now for 2 weeks and am shocked, truly at the results. I'm complimented often on my great complexion which I say is a combo of good genes and great Avon produts(I've been an Avon rep for 10 yrs). So, when your products gave my face and neck an added firmness, and I saw less wrinkles around my mouth and eyes and my neck, wow, well you will never know my age by looking at my neck, lol. Thank you so much for sharing your creation with us.”

“The product is excellent! I have used it for several years now with good results. That said, I do not like some of the packaging! I can’t tell when I am running out of product. You have recently moved your daytime moisturizer to similar packaging. There is also no way to open the container and I feel that there is product remaining that I can’t access. Your product is pricy and would like to be able to use all of it! Also I have to go on line to search for discount coupons. As a long term, regular customer, I would appreciate more customer loyalty rewards. Thank you”

“I had received a expired (by two years) product from solvaderm and placed a call to costumer service. The lady on the phone stated hey take these situation very seriously and will be in touch with me shortly. That was last week. Since then I have sent email to consumer service to follow up with no response. Very dissatisfied. Couldn’t the least be done is a refund?”
