“I ordered a new hard drive over a week ago, with free delivery in 1 to 3 days (according to the website) but nothing has arrived. I emailed the company to ask for an update but I've had no reply. I paid with PayPal so I know I can get a refund if this fails to arrive but I'm just left waiting. I regret not buying via Amazon but the item was slightly under the free delivery threshold and I didn't want to have to make it up to the threshold with things I didn't need.”
