“I applaud the Sono Health Company for making this EKG monitor and other health products for the general public so they can have the ability to monitor and participate in their own health issues. I also appreciate that the company is readily available to help with any product issues or assistance needs. I received my EKG monitor quickly and just love it. “Nightmare. Advertised bluetooth capability and phone App. Phone app cannot be downloaded from app store. contacted sonohealth by phone, "they are working on it". Filed email tech support request sonohealth. No response. About to return the product, get my money back and buy something that works as advertised. :0(”

“Love how quiet and quick it operates! Also was looking for a US company. However, really wanted a mouthpiece versus the mask. Also the mask has an oval opening and the unit is round, so it’s very hard to get on. Emailed SonoHealth to ask about getting a mouthpiece and clarification on cleaning and never received a response. I don’t see anything on the website about replacement parts for later. The QR code that came in the box for the video goes to an error page.”

“I was so excited to get this. But then the package got lost and had to wait even longer for them to find it and send a new one. But then when we got it. It would die after every single use. It's frustrating bc I was told other great things and it just wasn't what we thought it would be. My kids have to have the charger plugged in the entire time now. I am not pleased. Would love to try another to see if ours is a defect.”
